ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT

JMG Maintenance & Fabrication are currently seeking a permanent Part-Time Administration Assistant to join our Muswellbrook Office.

Responsibilities include:

• General Administration Duties
• Maintain records, collection of mail, banking and other daily errands
• Assisting Management and other Administration Staff
• MYOB data entry, vehicle reporting and registrations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working effectively in a team environment

Skills Required:

• Word, Outlook & Excel Experience
• MYOB Experience (not essential)
• Current driver’s licence essential

Hours Required;

Monday, Wednesday and Thursday 9.30am-2.30pm
